Analytics & Response Times: See response times and outcomes you can trust.

Track how fast every lead got a real reply, how many became appointments, who showed, and which deals sold and delivered. Every number opens the records behind it.

  • Real reply times
  • Every count drills down
  • By rooftop and language

Demo data example of QualiFlow Analytics for Riverton Motors Downtown over the last 30 days: a median first meaningful reply of 7 seconds, with the slowest 5% at 1 minute 52 seconds. Auto-acknowledgements are not counted. From 412 leads, 126 appointments were set, 84 customers showed, 42 bought and 35 took delivery. Four outcomes are unknown and shown as unknown.

The problem at your store

Reports count activity. You need outcomes.

CRM reports count calls, emails and tasks rather than appointments and deliveries. “Response time” includes auto-responders, nobody can tell what the AI did versus people, and comparisons across rooftops don’t line up.

  • Auto-replies flatter the clock

An instant “we got your request” counts as a reply, so the report looks fast while the shopper still waits for an answer.

  • AI and staff work blur together

When software and people both touch a deal, nobody can say who did what, so credit and coaching land in the wrong place.

  • Rooftops don’t compare cleanly

Each store counts a little differently, so side-by-side numbers start arguments instead of decisions.

What the research says Industry research, not QualiFlow results.

Capabilities

Numbers you can stand behind

Every metric uses a clear definition and an honest denominator, and every count opens the records behind it.

  • First meaningful reply time

Shown as a median and the slowest cases (p95). Auto-acknowledgements don’t count as a reply.

  • The whole funnel, lead to delivered

Lead, contacted, appointment set, confirmed, showed, sold and delivered, using the same definitions at every rooftop.

  • Recovery you can see

No-show recovery and unsold-showroom recovery cohorts show who came back after a missed appointment or a visit that didn’t close.

  • What Aria did, and what people did

AI-only, staff-only and mixed handling are shown separately, so you see exactly what Aria contributed.

  • Filters that match your store

Slice by location, lead source, channel, salesperson and customer language, the way you already run the floor.

  • Drill into every count

Click any number to open the leads, conversations and appointments behind it, so every figure can be checked.

  • Unknown stays unknown. Outcomes nobody recorded are shown in every total, never hidden or guessed.

  • Honest denominators. Show rate compares attended appointments with confirmed appointments that came due.

  • Revenue, clearly labeled. Verified revenue and influenced revenue are kept separate.

How it works

From a timestamp to a number you trust

The numbers come from the work itself, recorded as it happens, not from a spreadsheet at the end of the month.

  1. Every step is recorded

Messages, bookings, visit outcomes, sales and deliveries are saved with who recorded them and when, on every channel.

  2. Replies are timed honestly

The clock runs from the customer’s message to the first meaningful reply. An auto-acknowledgement doesn’t stop it.

  3. Outcomes need evidence

Showed, sold and delivered come from what your team records. Anything unrecorded is counted as unknown.

  4. You filter and drill down

Compare rooftops, sources, channels, salespeople and languages, then open the conversations behind any number.

Two rooftops, one honest comparison

Picture a Monday morning at Riverton Motors, a fictional dealer group: the dealer principal compares after-hours leads at the Downtown and Riverside stores.

  1. Monday, 9:00 AM

The principal opens Analytics and filters both rooftops to leads that arrived after hours in the last 30 days.

  2. 9:02 AM

First meaningful reply times look alike at both stores, so speed isn’t the gap.

  3. 9:04 AM

Splitting by customer language shows that Riverside’s Spanish-language leads book appointments at a lower rate.

  4. 9:10 AM

The principal opens the 22 conversations behind that number, sees several shoppers asked to meet a Spanish-speaking salesperson, and raises it with the Riverside sales manager.

Demo data example comparing after-hours leads over the last 30 days. Downtown English: median first reply 7 seconds, 34% booked. Downtown Spanish: 8 seconds, 31% booked. Riverside English: 7 seconds, 33% booked. Riverside Spanish: 9 seconds, 18% booked. The drill-down lists the 22 Riverside Spanish-language conversations, including a shopper asking whether anyone at the store speaks Spanish, one who booked a Saturday visit, and one whose outcome is unknown.

What you can measure

Credit where credit is due

Conversations and appointments are split into AI only, staff only and mixed, so you can see what Aria handled and what your people closed.

  • AI-only, staff-only and mixed handling for conversations and appointments
  • No-show recovery and unsold-showroom recovery cohorts
  • Show rate against confirmed appointments that came due, with unknowns counted
  • Verified and influenced revenue, labeled separately

The report shows demo data for a fictional store. Your numbers come from your own store’s records once Aria is switched on.

Demo data example of an Analytics report for the last 30 days: a 71% show rate, 84 of 118 confirmed appointments that came due, with 4 outcomes unknown; 9 customers rebooked after 21 confirmed no-shows; and of 126 appointments set, 46% were handled by Aria only, 38% were mixed and 16% were handled by staff only.

FAQ

Questions about the numbers

Definitions, rooftops, revenue and what this page shows.

See the full lifecycle

What counts as a “meaningful” reply?

A reply that actually answers the customer or moves the conversation forward, from Aria or from your team. An automatic “we got your message” doesn’t stop the clock.

Can I compare my rooftops?

Yes. Filter by location to compare stores that use the same definitions, each with its own hours and time zone. People only see the locations they’re allowed to access.

How is show rate calculated?

Attended appointments divided by confirmed appointments that came due. Appointments with no recorded outcome are shown as unknown instead of being dropped or guessed.

Does QualiFlow claim revenue for Aria?

No. Verified revenue and influenced revenue are kept separate and labeled, and handling is split into AI only, staff only and mixed, so you decide how to read the contribution.

Are the numbers on this page real?

No. Every dashboard on this page shows demo data for a fictional store. Your analytics come from your own store’s records once Aria is switched on.

Every lead gets a reply

Never leave a lead waiting until morning.

Aria answers, qualifies and books test drives around the clock, in English, Spanish and French, inside the rules you set.

Set up your workspace in minutes. Nothing goes out to customers until you switch Aria on.
